    DAHLIA SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    Shopping Cart:

    Items in your shopping cart are NOT reserved. All orders are first come, first serve and product is only secured once the sale is complete. We are sorry for any frustration but we are unable to edit this setting in our e-commerce platform.

    Substitutions:

    In the case of tuber storage failure, we will substitute a similar tuber variety. Please check the box beside EVERY tuber that you DON'T want a substitute for. If the box isn't checked, we'll send a substitute tuber

    Product Satisfaction:

    We value our customers and want everyone to be happy with the product you receive from us. We guarantee that each tuber will arrive to you in excellent condition with at least one growth eye. Upon receiving your order please inspect your tuber(s) immediately and contact us via email (info@roamflora.ca) within 7 days if you have any concerns.

    Please understand that we can NOT be held responsible for improper storage once the tuber is in your possession, weather & growing conditions, pest damage, or plant performance. We are unable to offer store credit or replacements after the 7 days.

    Spring Shipping:

    We will ship Dahlia Tubers come spring once weather permits and there is a low chance of them freezing in the mail. We cannot guarantee shipping dates but will do our best to send out asap.

    Pick up location: Retail store at Carling & Woodroffe

    We will no longer be offering Farm Pick up. It's too complicated for staffing and order processing. Our pick up location is now Roam's Retail/City Shop at 356 Woodroffe Ave. Unit E. in the mini mall behind Cadmans Bagels on the corner of Carling and Woodroffe.
